Monica Bourgeau, MS, CEO
Kelsey Bourgeau, COO
Kelsey is a multifaceted business professional with a background in property management, esthetics, digital marketing, and small business operations. With firsthand experience running her own business, she understands the juggling act many entrepreneurs face—and helps keep Zen Biz Co running smoothly behind the scenes.
Kelsey is Google Ads and Analytics certified, and holds a Digital Marketing certificate from the University of Oregon. Outside of work, she’s a proud mom, dog lover, and big believer in building a business that supports a balanced, joyful life.
Monica brings more than 25 years of experience in business development, marketing, and executive leadership. She’s passionate about helping purpose-driven entrepreneurs build strong foundations for their work—and believes great design should feel as calm and grounded as it looks. Monica is also a certified business coach, author of the award-winning book The Change Code, and creator of Wander with Monica.
She has a master’s degree in Management with an emphasis on Organizational Leadership from Warner Pacific University, a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Colorado State University, and completed the MBA Foundations program at the University of Montana.
When she’s not designing or coaching, you’ll find her traveling, practicing yoga, sound healing with her crystal bowls, or spending time with her family and rescue dogs.
Jennilyn, Creative Director
Jennilyn is a talented graphic and web designer who brings our clients’ brands to life with clean, modern visuals and thoughtful layouts. Her attention to detail, strong design intuition, and eye for typography help ensure every Zen Biz Co project feels both beautiful and functional.
When she’s not designing websites or creating custom graphics, Jennilyn enjoys photography, spending time in nature, and exploring her creative passions.
